Service contract was made vide receipt no 001873 on5/02/09 with you firm under the name FAST AQUA SERVICE PVT.LTD. for one year.
A telephonic complaint was made on 3-6-09 regarding non fuctioning of RO which was attetded on the same day but the was not made opertional. The service personnel left with assurance to get corrected the next very day but no body turned up till today ie.6-6-09 and we are forced to get drinking water from the market. I have been repeatedly calling you to get the complaint attended but you have fail to do so
It is to inform you to get the complaint attended within a day to avoid any action.
