Oken strap

Dear sir,

i was presented with a titan fastrack womens watch (9648PFA), few months back. Now the black strap is broken. I enquired with few watch shops in kerala. they told me that spare strap is not available in market.some shop keepers even told me to go and ask TITAN!!! I would like to know whether the strap alone can be replaced?

Where can i get it?
