No Response Over Phone

I had been struck up on the road having two of my car's tyres flat due to some mischievous acts in the parking lot last night ie November 7.

I tried calling up Fast Track as I have a membership for at-least 1 hour continuously without any one answering the phone. I had to carry one of the tyres on my head and walk a kilometer to get it repaired and then back the long way. This act delayed my getting home by atleast 3 hours.

I have tried calling them Today morning, ie November 8 but still the same.

I dont understand how such pathetic service providers are allowed to carry on the business. I demand a very strict action against the company
