NEED HELP IN RESOLVING A ISSUE WITH JUST DIAL

Hi Sir,

We have taken the position of DIAMOND in JUST DIAL SMS services which stands at the TOP 2ND POSITION FOR 1 YEAR CONTRACT made between us and JUST DIAL in the month of JUNE'2009.

But, while we checked the enquiry list for SALSA CLASSES IN BANGALORE, in some of our friends mobile we found it was not at all listed and in some mobile we found it was listed in 5th position.

Beleiving JUST DIAL's terms and conditions for DIAMOND position we have paid the money to them in which they have promised to us saying that for a year our Dance Schools name will be listed in the TOP 2nd List for SALSA classes whereas just after 4 months we are finding it different and they have started telling us different stories.

While renewing our service they said that in the SMS list for SALSA class which they are sending to the customers our name will be listed in the 2nd TOP position for DANCE CLASS FOR SALSA but after 5 months they have started telling us a different story.

Please, help us to resolve this issue as we are unable to find a solution with the JUST DIAL MANAGEMENT.
