The amount was debited to my account on 02.12.2008. But so far my megazine delivery to my following address given in the order form has not been started inspite of my repeated calls to your local office at phone nos. 0172-5079682, 5046369, 2544145-147. Irequest you to immediately start the delivery and enquire for the delay.
