NON RECEIPT OF FREE GIFT & TIMELY DELIVERY OF ISSUES

Hi, I subsribed to Femina Magzine (Customer ID 121315) in the month of Aug, 08. Till date, neither I have received the free gift (Hidesign Bag) promised to be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order, nor I am receiving the magazines timely and regularly. Numerous complaints to Delhi Office (Ms Neha Diwan) & Mumbai Office (Ms Mitalee Bhagadia) of Femina on Telephone as well as E-mails have not yielded any results and their indifferent attitude towards customers and only making false committments have left me totally disgusted, frustated and harassed.

I am writing this comment here with a hope that somebody from the esteemed company like Bennette & Coleman can pull up Femina Team and redress the genuine and long pending comlaint of mine.
