Non delivery of magzine

Hi!

my name is loveleen sohi, and i work for a bpo firm called 3g, as a part of the promotional offer i took the yearly subscription for femina magzine and paid 650 rs on the 25/04, as per the information given i was informed i would be recieving the magzine within 4 weeks, i am calling the times of india costomer care team on daily basis since the 29/06, i spoke to shalaka, who firstly updated my address incorrectly and the magzine was sent to the wrong address, i called again and spoke to sheetal who told me that i would be recieving the magzine via courier again which i did not recieve, when i called again i spoke to shalaka and she told me she would call me back i have been promised call backs from shalaka 7 times and never has she called me back, when i called again i spoke to sheetal and she told me that the magzine was sent the second time to the wrong address, i asked for the magzine to be sent out again, every day i am given false promises, i will recieve the magzine by today... tommorow its the 22/07, and i am still waiting its not yet over, i have been speaking to a suppervisor nita since the 13/07 who told me that the magzine was sent back because of the address being updated wrong by shalaka, i was then informed i would rec the magzine on the 15 or the 17/07, which did not happen, when i called nita i was informed that the courier guy was sent back saying that i don't stay there, i checked with my security guy who informed me that no courier guy came that day and so far the courier guy came only once when the address was updated wrong, fed up with the entire senario i actually gave my boyfriends address for the magzine to be sent to bandra, i was informed i would get it on 21/07, anytime in the day and as usual that did not happen, i have to say the entire situation has been a nightmare, 3 magzines are been sent out to me which i should have recieved on the 18/06, every time i am calling the customer care team i am just lied and fooled around, this is absolutely dishearting, i will never ever deal with times of india and i have complained about the same to my company as well.
