P.F.REFUND

Dear Sir,

This is the third time I am writing to you about my P.F. Refund. My P.F.A/c No. is MH/46430/23278.Please refer to my letters dated 09.06.09 & 11.08.09 sent under Registered A/D post requesting you to arrange to refund my Provident Fund Balance. However I have not yet received the said refund though a long period of eight months has passed since my separation from my company FIRSTSOURCE SOLUTIONS LIMITED.Nor I have received any response on the matter from your end till date.

In view of the above I hereby request you again to kindly expedite the matter of refunding my PF balance so that my urgent need for the money is fulfilled. For your ready reference the relative particulars of my Bank A/c are mentioned hereunder again though the same were already conveyed in my earliers letters dtd. 09.06.09 & 11.08.09.
