Nonreceipt of certificate

I have sent chq.no.366768 dated 9th January on State Bank of India, Borivali (E) branch for

Rs.200, 000/-(RS. Two lacs only) alongwith my application for fixed deposit for three years, copy of my pan card and form 15H in duplicate to Tata Motors. While my savings account stands debited with the amount on 14th January, I am yet to receive my certificate of my said deposit. Kindly expedite.
