Flat with Omega promoters
Delaying cancellation refund

Hi,

We had booked a 3 BHK flat with Omega Promoters in their Heritage project in Dhayari in Aug. Due to some reasons we had to cancel the flat and marketing officers and other executives accepted the cancellation request and agreed to refund the total booking amount being refund to us. We had not entered into any agreement as the project got delayed by almost 2 years. However now they are saying that they will refund only when the flat will get another buyer.

Is there any way we can escalate it and get our money back at the earliest?
