Frod firm gifts undelivered

I have made an online payment for bouquet delivery on 08/31 and the firm representative called me the nex day saying that we promised to deliver the bouquet on 09/01 before 03:00 PM, but when I checked with receiver the flowers were undelivered.

This firm is a frod and they never return money. Customer can't trust on them, we have to call them again and again to make sure our gift is delivered and if in case it is not delivered they dont take the responsibility. Your money goes in vain.
