Poor performance

I bought the mobile in May. there are lot of inadequacies in it.

1. The battery needs recharging often

2. The incoming message or call lacks volume even at the maximum setting

3. Resolution is inadequate

4. Speed dialling is restricted to just 9 numbers. Other mobiles offer 100 numbers

5.There is no provision of special characters needed to send or receive emails. I cannot send my email address because of it

6. The user manual given is very sketchy

7. The manual makes no mention of either the manufacturer or the contact email

I need redressal of these speedily
