Problem in phone

Its sukhwinder i had purchased a FLY B720 from classic gifts two months ago. IMEI:352124020587236 & MEID: A1000003F36212 from the first day my phone got hanged i went to service center Harjeeo Corporation but they said we have no softwares of this handset ..Now what can i do so plz repair or exchange my handset. I shall be very thankful to you
