The panel has scraped off

Dear sir,

i am having major complains with fly phones.i am trying to get in touch with the person incharge in delhi mr.ashitosh, but he is not picking up my phone.if i callup from some other no.he replys to me but never takes any steps.please see to it that he should at least reply to the costomers complain.
