Fly Hummer HT1
Faulty Product from Day 1

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased one Fly Hummer HT1 on 11-08 from BEECHAM'S PRESS (P) LTD., M-6 Connaught Place New Delhi 110001. Ph:- 23418457, 23411352, Fax:- 23415824 Email:- vikrant1@vsnl.com; beechams@del3.vsnl.net.in

As soon as I tried to connect it to my laptop via bluetoth and use the PC Sync Software supplied by the company along with the phone. My problems started. It did not connect at all. After some time on the same day I contacted the shop. They asked me to come to the shop along with my laptop. I went there for a good one hour or so different people from the shop tried their hands on it but failed. Finally one Mr Kashif was contacted over the phone by the shop he talked with me and after a few tries told me that he is not carrying his laptop at the moment and hence cannot help me.

Thereafter the shop guy gave me the number of Ms Bhawna and asked me contact her the next day at 11'O Clock. Which I did initially she did not pick the phone. Then I contacted the shop they asked me to wait for half an hour nothing happened. Again I contancted the shop they told me that I should call her up now. She picked the phone and tried her level best but no success. At lunch hour she asked me to change a few settings on the laptop and restart it. In the mean time she would have lunch and come back. Till today nobody has contacted me. I also mailed them on their customer care address given on the website. No Response from there also. Further to add to my woes this phone has very littile talk time contrary to the claims of the salesman and the company. Now I am doubtful whether this a used phone.

Please help and guide me accordingly.
