Fly v100
Problem in mobile

I bought fly mobile Model V100 just 34months ago. I send it for repairing at customer care centre 4 time. And once i receive phone after 3 months. and once after 1month. And once again there is a problem. Then i send a mobile for repare. After two weak i receive phone my phone change. After some days Phone automatically switch off. I have to restart it after some time. I m from middle class family and working as a tutor for 50 rupee a day and they cheated me with 3700 rupee. What should i do? please help me
