THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT DURING THE LAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN GETTING ERROR BB-108 VERY FREQUENTLY. I HAVE TO LODGE COMPLAINT EVERY WEEK. I FEEL THAT OUR CONNECTION IS BEING MISUSED. THE SIFY HELPLINE IS ALWAYS BUSY AND I HAVE TO WAIT FOR LONGER PERIOD TO GET CONNECTED WITH THEM. THIS HAS BECOME A USUAL PRACTICE NOW. EVERY TIME THE ENGINEER COMES AND RESTORES THE CONNECTION AND DO NOT RESPOND TO OUR QUERIES AS TO WHY THIS PROBLEM IS RECURRING. PLEASE GET SOME PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR GETTING UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. AN EARLY REPLY IS APPRECIATED. THANK U
