Foce Gents & Ladies wrist watch
Defective pieces

We had got 1 Gents and 1 Ladies Foce wrist watch as free gift on a scheme run by Big Bazaar, Phoenix somewhere in Dec. 2008. To our utter dismay, when we wore these for the first time, strapes of both the watches just came off, thankfully, the watches were saved!!! We instead of making a complaint that time, got the strapes replaced - next time we wore the watches, again same thing was repeated!!! The new battery cell also wears off almost immediately as a result the watches not functioning any time.

Request to look inot the matter at the earliest and compensate suitably.
