We had got 1 Gents and 1 Ladies Foce wrist watch as free gift on a scheme run by Big Bazaar, Phoenix somewhere in Dec. 2008. To our utter dismay, when we wore these for the first time, strapes of both the watches just came off, thankfully, the watches were saved!!! We instead of making a complaint ...
