Lack of customer service

I have been to food bazaar at Evershine Mall this afternoon, and there was no one to attend the sweets counter. I have informed the same to the people working on cash counters, but they completely ignored saying that it is not their duty. Later I went to person working on the vegetable counter and asked him to call someone who can attend the counter; he went to his manager and informed the same. But instead of arranging for someone the Manager said that the staff is off for lunch. When I asked him who is there to attend the counter and can he ask someone to take my order, he just ignored me and left.
