Pathetic Service

Pathetic service ever seen in any consumer durable. I have purchased Forbes Crystal 1 1/2 yrs back. I have been following up with the call centre for the past 6mths since the water does not get purified. Till date i have only been following up with them. Every time i call them they ask for one last chance, but are not ready to help beyond that. They are afraid of giving their managers number. There is one Mr Ajay who is has not been helpful and one Mr Bhagat- service engineer who never picks up his call. I have categorically stated that weekends are the days when the technician should come but then the wairt is just never ending. Being from a service industry we also deal with customers but have never come across such shoddy service. I have my own doubts whether even this complaint will be attended to.
