I am handed over a second hand used and damaged car saying it was a brand new one. the car ford fiesta was booked to the authorised dealer of ford named as bhavna ford. i booked in 2008 and was given a 2007 model the said facts about the car were not told to me untill after the delivery for the car i found to my utter shock a repair order of the said car having the same chasis number and the order read as the car to be repaired and painted from the front right side fender and bumper. the kms run displayed on the repir job card was around 1800 kms and the car was delivered to me on 152 kms and the job card also shows the car sale date. that is how it was clear that the car is a second hand used one.
