Goods Missing from vehicle during service

Hi, i own Ford Fiesta car, during Service at Service station Bhagat Ford Jalandhar, one of my goods was found missing from the car when car is delivered to me after it is serviced..i booked my complaint at Ford customer care India..i hope they will come out with positive solutions regarding such problems at thier service stations.
