Dear sir

i am extermely annoyed by ur dealer service i hav 2 cars of ur company ikon and fusion i had problem of relay in fusion the dealer once repaired the vechicle the bill no is013330A and the advisor name is tushar chauhan m 9099041337 after the bill was payed and i took the del of car it again broke down after running 4kms

when i called tushar he rudely talked with me and said that i am with customers and he disconnected my fone i was standing for 4 hrs in the hot sun but no one came after repeatedly calling they said we have no person at present to attend u, i had to go personally to the service point for the repairs

pls take some appropriate steps bcaus i am planning to go to consumer court so that again no other custumer is harassed by the deale
