I have a ford ikon flair 2004 model. i am staying in gurgaon- haryana. last month i got an appointment from harpreet ford. when i reached their they kept me waiting for 1 hr and no body starts repairing my car. when i asked that whats the fun of prior appointment than they bluntly said ' u have to wait does nt matter u came with prior appointments or so"" this is is pathetic behaviour of the service executive over their.
