Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to get to your kind notice that i had booked Ford ikon desil from Metro ford after paying rs.30000 initial down payment and loan amt also being paid of 468000 (palace guttalli road in bangalore) in the month of August and now dated 1-09-09 i am being informed by the manager Mr. Kishore Mob-9880215234 that rate has been increased by 9000 for the color and 5000 for the ex showroom. But i was told my onroad price will be 633000 and now being asked excess...

In this way how do we trust as a customer...
