Sale of old car as new/low mileage

I purchased new ford feista ex show room, The dealer Bhavna, Nerul, Navi Mumbai on 21/04/08.The vehicle turned out to be 2007 Model. Initial Mileage was as low as 5km/lt. I complained of poor performnace in Consumer court at CBD Belapr vide complaint no 178/08.The Forum ths turned down my complaint on peripheral grounds.

I like to go to State forum. Legal fee is too high. I cannot afford. I am a retired senior citizen
