Foresightservices (pest control service)
Advance taken but no service

This complaint is with regards to the false commitment given by Foresightservices (a pest control service company). We have made an advance payment of 1800 rupees to them, but inspite of repeated complaint they have not yet done the 2nd treatment which was due in the month of february. When ever we call up their customer services number on 02264570300, they give a response stating that the person will come today, the person will come tomorrow. But till date no 1 has come to attend this problem.

My consumer reference number is 00300.
