It is not reduce even a 1gm

Sir,

i bought 3 boxes at a time. but even a single 1 gm weight not reduced to me. it is a fraud promises. but what they said "if not reduced we will refund the amount". But i sent all 3 boxes original invoice bill. but they not yet refund my money. wht i should do. please help me.
