Worst Service

Franch Express, Ramanathapuram (Ramnad Dist) provides very very worst service. We have made an agreement with them to provide service on credit basis. So every day one person came and pick up the parcels/covers from us. During pickup he won't give despatch slip to us. He simply says they will provide the PODs after 1 week or ten days. After that whenever we are asking for POD numbers they found very difficult to provide that. In that branch one female staff is there. She is also useless. She doesn't know anything about there service. Whenever we ask for any detail she simply says "I don't know. Pls check with the owner.". Is it the purpose they appointed that lady with salary? Most of the cosignments still not reached the destination even after one month. They don't have answer for that. Even they couldn't find out those PODs also.

So my humble request... avoid sending ur important consignments thru Franch Express, Ramanathapuram (Ramnad Dist). There is no gurantee whether it will reach the destination or not. Even if u have POD Number they couldn't tell the current status. U can't track it thru their website also. Its better using postal service instead of using this courier service.
