Franchise of coaching
Not supporte and decleared unutherised center & not refund my franchise fee

Espected sir, i had applied for franchise of carrer point kota. We send them 6 lac rup. through cheqe. they did not send the agreement paper to us. we started center at gorakhpur from 1st of april. Later on they send reciept of 6 lac but not send agreement paper. Meanwhile we had gave admission to 4 students &send all the fee to cp kota. They did not send any faculity & study materials. They withdrawn the center name from website &told to students that the center is unauthorised. We return thier fee. We expeded a lot of money in advertisment. According to agreement they told that they will pay 25% of total News paper add.. NOW they are deneing to refund my money and send me a false bill. The cmpeny c p kota is registered under comp act. 1956. WHAT CAN I DO?
