Unsuccessful mobile recharge

Sir, While recharging my vodafone number i.e; 9160606369 in www.freecharge.in there is a power cut takes place in my house. After conform the money in my account, money was deducted in my account worth Rs:-98/-. But till now i did not received any mail with transaction id and also my recharge was also not successful. Would you please check the details and please give me my ammount.
