With reference to above, telephonic order no (T No. 079-2692 81 81) 110024006 dt 12-4 watch worth Rs.2699/- free only forwarding charges to be paid Rs.499/- thro' credit card no 4293900027818003 of BANK OF BARODA debited on 12-4 ref no 671738 particulars Living Media (indi) BUT TILL TO-DATE I HAVE NOT RECD MY ORDERED WATCH WHEREAS MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DEBITED BY THE AMOUNT OF rS.499/- & IN THE STATEMENT DT 1-6-09 CHARGES HAVE BEEN DEBITED FOR NON PAYMENT .AS I HAVE NOT RECD MY ORDERED WATCH I HAVE NOT PAID THE CREDIT CARD DUES. TO DAY I WRITE TO YOU TO CANCELL MY ORDER & ISSUE ME A CHEQUE OF Rs.512.75 FOR FORWARDING CHARGES & PENALTY URGENTLY.

For your kind information, I didn't call but your telecaller called me & booked my order.

This kind of strategy to harras your member was not expected from company like you. Hence issue me a cheque of Rs. 512.75 urgently & cancell my offer made by you.
