French Express Couriers
Yet not rececied the important courie

This is Senthil Kumar from Chennai. I booked one important courier on 15th September in French Express Couriers, K.K Nagar Branch (R.P Agencies,

MAA 352, K.K.Nagar, ) to My Home, Dharmapuri. These worst guys are not yet delivered the courier. At the time of booking itself I asked with the guy, who is do the booking that, when it’s reached. He said it'll reached tomorrow (i.e. 16-Sep) morning to our Dharmapuri branch and its delivered to your home before evening. After getting this confirmation only, I booked the courier. But it’s not delivered on that day. So, I asked the person, to whom I booked the Courier. He gave me a mobile no (Venkatesh - 9003010999) to get the information. So, I called to this guy. The mobile is switched off. I keep on trying, but he didn't pick the called. The next day after 11 only he attended my call and gives it to some other lady. I asked her about the status of the courier. She also doesn't know about that. So, I gave the courier number and Date of Booking, to address and my contact number. She told me that once she got the information she call me. But up to evening itself she didn't call me. So tried that number. She gave me another number (9840657399). But after an hour I made call to her and asked about the status. But she tell bla bla... So, I asked her their Head office number. 044-42176391. So, I called to this number also, one lady took the phone and ask all the details about the courier and told me that she will call with in half an hour. But I didn’t get the call up to the next day (19-Sep-08 10.25 A.M), so I called them but they said we are not start the process. After that only they will informed me.

Today I am going to my Native. If I know about these Useless Courier Company then, I didn’t book the courier to them. Here after I’ll not use this French Express Couriers in my Life time. Also, I’ll inform to my friends circle also.

I don’t know what they are doing. This is the way one courier company is working. I totally disappointment about their service. How I got my courier back. For this, I have lost my money, I lost my free mind, and my family members are lost their busy scheduled time. I have too mush of pressure now.

So, My advice to the people, who are reading this not use this kind of company service. they are not fit for this. Better you can faith about our Govt. Postal service.
