PF not received from 2004 to till yet

Request u to pls look in this matter.

As I had worked in the Company Fresh & Honest Cafe Ltd from Nov to 2004. I Had applied for my Pf so many times. According to that company they r saying they had also submitted my form in the PF office and for that they r showing me the receiving slip from the PF office in which it is mentioned that my PF has already been settled in 2005. But I did not get any amount till now.

I had launched one complaint previously also but didn't get any reply. If further the action not taken than what is the use of this page of complaint on this site.
