Further to my above application, police verification was completed

on 02.10.2009.

Today I checked my passport status on line and the status shows as below.

"Police Verification Report received as incomplete, Submit two sets of

Personal Particular Forms at Passport office"

Sir, this is first type I am submitted application for the passport

and I request you to help what to do in this regard.

Already the police verification has done at my permanent resident. Sir

Now I am working in a pvt company at Avinashi Tirupur (MG COTTON COMPANY PVT LTD.)

I humbly request you to clarify the requirement of additional two sets of personal particular

forms for the company address where I am working.

Really, I am working in this cocern Temporarily.

Kindly help me in this regard
