Adulteration in the American Lays Pack

Today i had bought a American Lays pack (frito lays) from the nearest general store in gurgaon. While i was half way through eating i saw a very dirty insect (like a small grasshoper) sticking to the chip. It was all dried out..when i opened the pack competly, i saw some more and then something like blood on some chips.

I want to address this ASAP. I don't know if i had already eaten such thing or what might happen to me. Please make note of this in case something happens to me.

Please help in proceding and filling case against this.
