Frozen peas

I purchased frozen peas from Reliance store Nr. Vasant Vihar thane, MAharashtra. Since I was in Hurry I didn't check the contents. After 3/4 days I opened the packet and found that the peas were all rotten and stinking. I took the packet to the store and the staff also recognised the pack and also admitted that They knew the contents were rotten but forgot to replace it. Since I did not have the bill I was asked to preserve the contents. For next 10 days I went 3/4 times and was told that there was no stock of the peas. and when again I went after more 4/5 days I am told that after 7 days we don't exchange the product. I don;t know if they were not going to replace it why I was made to store the contents in my refrigerator for more than 15 days. Though I am regular customer with them now I don't think I will ever visit the shop again.
