Delay in Delivery

I had ordered a bed 5 days back and they promissed to deliver it today (8-10-07), but today they were telling that it wont be possible as they were having less staff.

As i need to go to leave for Mumbai tomorrow morning, but just to receive my bed i need to cancell my program, I am very annoid with your service.
