No installation of Wardro

After prompt delivery and very next day installation person come to install. But they said problem with Plywood and they need to cut it and since they lack instruments they will come next day and install. Now its more then 10 days and whenever we call company says person has left and will come in evening to install. but no person come to install. how can we either get our money or make company install furniture
