Delay in delivery

I had purchased one dining table, one tv cabinet, one dressing table, one foldable stool my invoice no is T6/3192 from furniture bazzar at raghuleela mall kandivali on 25/01 i was told the delivery would take a max of 10 days .that would make the delivery date max at 05/02/09 but no furniture arrived that day neither did they have the courtesy to call about any delay.on my calling they said that it would take another 5 days.but again after 5 days only half the consignment was delivered another two days on another of it was sent and till date i am to receive the furniture i have already paid for.the dining table came sans the chair and they are yet to come on asking them they say the godown is at fault.we wre totally harrasesd and would actively tell ppl not to buy things from furniture baza
