Faulty Supply

I had purchased one NOVA Glass Study Table and one Sofa Cum Bed from Reliance Mart, Shaikpet Tolichowki on 25th October. These items were delivered to me on 29th October 08. The Sofa Cum Bed supposed to be supplied with additional Mattress Cover, as per their offer. That was not supplied to me. There are some defects in that Sofa Cum Bed, which they promised to rectify very next day. The Glass Table supplied is defective. Complain for the same also notified to Reliance over phone (64629408) repeatedly.

Till date no action has been taken by Reliance Retails. All our efforts are gone in vain. Service & Support of Reliance became absolutely Unreliable. Should we assume that these are the standard practice of Reliance now-a-days??
