Refund of Security deposit

This is Sancharan Roy having mobile number 944 942 7654. I was registered for Fusion Rental (www.fusionrental.com) services and my customer number was 1300. I paid them fully refundable deposit of Rs 1000/at the time of registration. Right now I disconnected with the services but till now did not receive the amount. I called them and they told that I will get it back but till now did not receive the fully refundable deposit. Right now they are not picking up my phone.
