Delay on Refund

Refund Order No. 1327681

Refund was not received by me as I was traveling. Got a letter from intime Spectrum on the subject. Then as per their suggestion I Sent Intime Spectrum a mail on May/20 requesting them to send the refund to us at out given address.

Since then we have been following up almost every other day.

We end up getting a stock answer that there are lot many DD's pending and it will take another 10-15 days (at times they would say that it will take another 3-4 days) for refund order to come from the bank.

Now I can not travel till I get the money back and I am not sure as to how long do I wait.

Why cant they transfer the amount to our bank account.
