NON REFUND OF IPO AMOUNT

Dear Sir

This is to kindly inform you that I have applied for 128 shares through the IPO of FCH on 16-01 and submitted the application form (App. No:13395947) along with a cheque of Rs. 97920.00 (Cheque No: 097296, Centurion Bank of Punjab). But I was not alloted a single share and I have not yet received my amount back.

Three weeks before, I had a conversation with one of their employees Mr. Shushant on telephone no. 022-25963838 and I was told that my amount will be returned back through CHEQUE and that too after a week or so. But till date I have neither received any cheque nor my amount. I have tried to contact again many times but now nobody is picking up the phone at this number.

I request you to kindly look into the matter at your earliest. I will be highly obliged.
