Sub: Wrong transferring of refund amount through ECS of Future Capital Holding Ltd. IPO in respect of Application No. 71042278.

I had applied online for the IPO of Future Capital Holdings Limited through MOSL online trading portal on 16/1 for sixteen shares. From this IPO, NIL shares were allotted to me. However, I have not yet received the refund amount of Rs.12, 240/- in my State Bank of India Account No. 30215199702 with Rail Bhawan Branch, New Delhi-110001. I have my depository Account with State Bank of India – Fort Mumbai (DP No. 1301930000131815).

I have learned from officials of Intime Spectrum Registry Limited (Reference No.2809388) that the refund amount of Rs.12240/- for my application has been sent inadvertently in the another account of another person with the following particulars:

Amount Credited: Rs.12, 240/-

Even after several requests through e-mail, fax and phone, any action is not yet taken. In this connection, I request you to kindly refund of the application amount of Rs.12, 240/- into my SBI Bank Account No.30215199702 at Rail Bhawan, New Delhi-110001.
