Non refund of Application Money

I had applied for 128 shares of FUTURE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LIMITED vide application form no. 35442071 on 15/01 and paid vide Cheque no. 381141 drawn on HDFC Bank. My Client id IS 00394780 AND DP ID is 12038400 .The registrars of the Company are INTIME SPECTRUM REGISTRY LIMITED.

After more than 3 months of my application, I have not received the refund money. When after days of trying I somehow managed to get in touch with the Company (through their helpline no. which never helped ofcourse) I was told that my Refund amount had been wrongly credited into someone else's account and that I should expect the same only if the Company receives the amount back, meaning that I will not get my refunds if the company does not receive it back.

You are requested to kindly intervene and use your powers to stop this illegitimate harrasment and exploitation of an innocent investor.
