Non-declaration of Lucky draw result

Sir,

This is to bring to your kind information that, i have been provoked to participate in the Future Group - The Great Indian Shopping Festival (Khul Gayi Sabki Kismat) starting 13 dec.2008 and ending 11 jan and they now not declaring the results of Lucky draw and every time we go and ask they reply that the Lucky draw has been cancelled...

we consumers feel like cheated, as we have spent lots of our money to win car in Lucky draw. Now they are not giving anything and not even announcing the results of draw.

kindly help and take strict early action against them.
