Prepaid card No. 6221 3279 6003 10 – Amount refund

I am having Bigbazaar Prepaid card valid till 17th May. With the prepaid card I have made purchases on 22nd Feb worth for Rs.550/-, still I have a balance of Rs. 950.

When I had visited to buy at Bigbazaar – Kormangala branch on 10th May, to my surprise they told that the record is ceased and can not be redeemed.

Subsequently I have informed to customer care to register the complaint, as suggested.

When I enquire with customer care every day they replied system is down we are not able to trace amount balance.

Please look into the matter at the earliest
