I had a large amount of deposit in future prepaid card. When I visited the store on 18th march, I was informed that the future prepaid card could not be reedemed after 31st march. There was no prior notice of this, no email, phone call or SMS.

How is it possible to reedeem such a large amount of money at such a short notice? moreover, they are refusing to give back the money in cash, while at the time of giving the card it was assured that if the card was withdrawn, the money would be given back in cash. this is gross injustice and a breach of trust. this amounts to fraud and this is outright stealing. this
